Please read and understand our terms and conditions before placing an order.

• Kindly place an order if you are 200% sure.
• CANCELLATIONS ARE DISCOURAGED.
Fee: 75% of original price.
• After placing your order, please check your email for the order confirmation.
— A virtual invoice will be sent to you which would mean that your order is CONFIRMED and ACCEPTED.
— Please do check the PDF file attached to the email as well.
— This email will contain the PRODUCT/s that you have purchased, your ORDER NUMBER and the TOTAL AMOUNT that you have to pay, excluding the shipping fee.
• If you did not receive an email within 30 minutes, please contact us directly via instagram, twitter or our email.
• Partial Payments are accepted only when stated in the product post.
• As a buyer, you have to remember and take note of the DOP’s (Date of Payment) for your orders (which are found in the product posts).
— You are required to PAY THE EXACT AMOUNT OR REMAINING BALANCE using your preferred payment method within the deadline.
— Downpayments are non refundable.
• Please send your proof of payment to our official email with the subject "INVOICE NUMBER: #CHINGU0000 - Payment" so that we may update our masterlist.
• Orders not paid within the deadline will be voided and dumachingu will NEVER ACCEPT orders from the same buyer again. We can, however, make extensions when payment delays are communicated properly.

• Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, the normal 4-6 weeks ETA would sometimes be prolonged up to 6-7 weeks. In case of delays and other problems, we will update you either via email, instagram post or a tweet from our official accounts.
• Shipping time will start once the package is picked up from our Korean address by the shipping company. Sometimes they may take a maximum of 5 days. We will always update you on this. We gotchu, chingu!
• Note that shipping time will not start from the date of release since even the manufacturers have delays in shipping.

• We do our very best to pack our goods with the utmost care, thus, dumachingu is NOT LIABLE for any damages done by the courier.
